When you call us please have your Fork dimensions ready so we know which Fork Extension is best suited to your machine. Firstly Workcover only allows you to use a Fork Extension that is 167% of your original Fork length. The reason for this is that the Fork Extension is meant to be only used to stabilise a long load and most of the load weight itself is still meant to be sitting and supported over the Fork itself. The other reason to make sure we get you into the right size is to ensure that the Fork Extension isn't sloppy when you use it or or alternatively too tight as you may never get it off again otherwise!
